What we collect
Account email, project inputs you submit, generation metadata (timestamps, token counts). We do not collect payment card data — Stripe holds that.
How we use it
To generate your briefs, improve gen quality (in aggregate, never your raw inputs), and serve account features.
What we never do
We never sell your data. We never use your project inputs to train any AI model — ours or third-party.
Third parties
Stripe (payments), Anthropic / OpenAI (generation with no-retention contracts on Pro+), Supabase (encrypted storage), Cloudflare (delivery).
Your rights
Export, delete, or correct any data anytime. GDPR and CCPA compliant. Email privacy@vibedocs.dev.
Retention
Free: 30 days after account deletion. Pro: immediate purge available on request.
