1. The service
VibeDocs generates structured planning documents from your inputs. You own the outputs. We own the engine.
2. Your account
One human per account on Free / Pro. Team plans permit shared workspaces. You're responsible for keeping credentials safe.
3. Acceptable use
No generating documents for illegal products, weapons, or content that violates third-party rights. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that abuse the service.
4. Payment & refunds
Pro is billed monthly or annually via Stripe. 14-day money-back guarantee on Pro. Lifetime tier: 30-day refund window.
5. Outputs & IP
All briefs you generate are yours, royalty-free, including commercial use. We do not claim copyright over your generated documents.
6. Liability
VibeDocs is provided as-is. We're not liable for downstream code shipped from briefs. Verify before deploy.
7. Termination
Either party may end the relationship anytime. Your data is exportable for 30 days post-cancellation.
8. Changes
We'll email you 30 days before any material change to these terms.
